Periareolar Mastopexy (Right ) Bilateral Breast Augmentation 500cc

35 y.o. athlete before and 8 months following a RIGHT PERIAREOLAR MASTOPEXY (breast lift) and BILATERAL BREAST AUGMENTATION with 500cc Mentor smooth saline implants under the chest muscle. The right breast was lifted thru an incision around the areola only, surgically eliminating the extra skin. The breast implant on the right side was placed thru the same periareolar lift incision.  The surgery on the left breast was an augmentation only (no lift on the left) and the incision was a lower areolar approach, as it is in most breast augmentation procedures.
